In-house printed graphics
We are specialists in fabric & digital printing for retail campaigns, including global roll-outs and large-format visuals up to 5 meters wide. Thanks to the state-of-the-art Durst machinery, we use the latest SEG textile printing techniques including direct and sublimation for a perfect printed finish every time for our clients. Here’s how we do it.
Pre-press services
Our pre-press team reviews all client orders before going to print to adjust or resize the images, so they fit the client’s backlit & non-lit displays in-store. Additional services include certified colour tests and editing of the original file to ensure the perfect printed visual.
Printing capabilities
Using cutting-edge printing machinery, our printing team chooses the appropriate machine for the client’s visuals. The team makes adjustments according to the fabric graphic, the display and the image as well as any special requirements such as colour treatments.
Cutting & sewing
Once all of the visuals are printed, they’re rolled onto a reel and sent to be cut digitally with our top of the range Zund cutting machine. Each visual is individually cut before the silicone strip is manually sewn onto the perimeter.
Handling & labeling
The Handling team individually packs each SEG fabric with a label stating its size, the material used, and a photo of the image used. Our SDS (Smart Delivery System) generates a summary of every visual that will be sent to each store for a fuss-free campaign change in-store.
